Essentially the converting process relies on two rollers – The Doctor/Wipe roller whose primarily purpose is to insure the nip remains constant for a controlled ink transfer by the rubber remaining stable and not degrading with use. The Feed roller specific objective is to prevent crushing of the flute whilst guiding the board.
